Why SDL figures are mismatched with CPF board figures?

The SDL is a compulsory levy that you have to pay for all your employees, including foreign employees, working in Singapore. This is in addition to your monthly CPF contributions. CPF Board collects SDL on behalf of the SkillsFuture Singapore Agency (SSG).       

People Central calculates the SDL as per the updated rate but in case there is a mismatch, kindly follow the below steps to verify the payroll calculation.

Reason :
when the additions and deductions provided to an employee don't compute SDL. 

To compute SDL in the additions follow the below steps: 
1. Go to Admin.
2. Click Manage Setting 
3. Go to payroll and click Additions 
4. Edit the Addition and compute SDL from NO to YES. 
5. Click on update.

Follow the same process for the deductions as well.
