What is the use of "Employee number" in the system?

Its an unique number which is generating automatically while entering the employees/users in to the system. Please make sure once generated the Employee ID can never change in the system.

It is also used as User ID to login to the system.

Note: Time card Number and Employee Number are two different unique identifiers in the system.
