Unable to click Appendix A in IR8A Foam?

Appendix 8A must be submitted for any employee that was given benefits-in-kind, such as fringe benefits or other non-cash perks.  In order to click on Appendix A you have to Make sure that Benefit in Kind is (yes) that is the only option to activate the "Appendix A " and fill Appendix A.
