How to round down decimal point in overtime or payroll?

In "Admin" module, Under the "Preferences setup" of "Manage Company", user can set the rounding decimal value for payroll and user can select the options available 0, 2, 3, unlimited to round decimal places.

Step 01: Go to "Manage Company" under "Admin" module.

Step 02: Edit the company.

Step 03: Select the "Preferences Setup"

Step 04: Go to Rounding Decimal.

Step 05: Select the values as per the given screen and save.

NOTE: Then system will start rounding down the figures to two decimals when the selection made as per the given screen
