How to change the department/designation and the basic salary of the employee?

How to change the department/designation and the basic salary of the employee?



Employee's department/ designation and basic salary can be changed from the "Employee" profile under the "Employee" Module. For any change, click the employee's name and go to "Progression Info" of employee make the changes and update it.
These are the steps:

Step 01: Under "Employee" module go to "Employees". Edit the employee and go to "Progression Info".

                  

Step 02: Enter the basic pay, select the designation and department from the drop-down list. 

                  

Step 03: Click "Update Pay Record" to update the new changes.
                

Note: For any duplicate date, first remove it and then update it.
