How to generate and submit CPF File


To generate a CPF file, make sure that the payroll has been processed and follow the given steps:

Step 01: Go to the “Reports” module and select the “CPF file” from the drop-down list.



Step 02: Select "CPF Number", "Month", "Year", and click the "Go" button.



Step 03: The system will show the CPF information for that month. A summary, as well as a detailed view, is shown for the entire employee and their contribution. Information like: Employee Name, Fund Name, Fund Amount Contribution, Employee’s CPF Contribution Amount, Employer’s CPF Contribution Amount, Total CPF Amount, Employee’s Gross Pay and Employee’s SDL Contribution Amount. The total of all these amounts is the summary of the CPF contribution.



Step 04: Click the "GENERATE CPF" button at the bottom of the grid. There will be a prompt to save the CPF e_Submission file as shown in the picture.


Step 05: Right-click the file and select the “Save As” option to save the file into the designated folder. 



Step 06: Do not change the file name as it is the format required by the CPF Board.



Step 07: Once saved the file, go to the CPF Website, log in with Singapore Pass, and upload this file. Step 08: The user will receive an acknowledgment from the CPF Board after the file is successfully submitted.
