There might be some windows rights issue or payslip format is missing. Follow the given steps:
Step 01: On your Server PC, go to “Start” and select the “Computer/My Computer/This PC” option.
Step 02: Select the “ANBPAYROLL” folder usually this folder resides under (C:/), (D:/) or (E:/) Drive.

Step 02: Right-click the folder & select “Properties”.
Step 03: Go to the “Security” tab and select the “Administrator/User”.

Step 04: Select the checkbox of “Full Control” to give full access rights for the system, then click the “OK” button.

Step 05: Repeat the same steps for the folder “PAYROLL” inside the ANBPAYROLL folder.
Step 06: Repeat the same steps for the folder “Temp” inside the Windows folder which is inside “(C:/) Drive” usually.
Step 07: This should resolve the issue, now try to print the payslip in the Payroll Management. If the issue remains kindly contact our Support
