How to set up Email notification for the leave application



The email notifications for leave need to set from different locations:

Step 01:  Company's email settings can be updated in Admin Management. For this, go to “Manage Company Information” and click the edit icon of that company name. Go to the “Email Setup”.
Then fill in all the fields as shown in the picture and click the “Save” button.
           



Step 02: Go to “Preferences Setup” then look for the ”EMAIL ALERTS" filed. Then select “Alert For Leave” as ”Yes". The user is also allowed to key in the multiple email addresses in the cc list.

     

Step 03: For both Employee and Supervisor, email addresses must have been updated in the "CONTACT INFORMATION" of Personal Info under the Employee Management module.
