How to export employee information

How to export employee information



Employee information can be exported from the “Employee” module.                         
There are multiple options available for exporting employee information:



Export to PDF: To export the employee information to PDF, click the "PDF" button. It exports only the information shown on the grid for the selected page to PDF (Example: Employee name, Pass type, NRIC/FIN number,  Designation)


to Excel: To export the employee information to excel, click the "Excel" button. It exports only the information shown on the grid for the selected page to excel (Example: Employee name, Pass type, NRIC/FIN number,  Designation)

Export to Word: To export the employee information to the word, click the "Word" button. It exports only the information shown on the grid for the selected page to the word (Example: Employee name, Pass type, NRIC/FIN number,  Designation)
