How to add UOM (unit of measurement)

How to add UOM (unit of measurement)



To add a new Unit of measurement in the system follow the given steps:


Step 01: Go to the "Admin” module and select the "Manage Settings" from the drop-down list.



Step 02: From here go to the “Employee” tab and click the "Item UOM" option.



Step 03: To add a new UOM, click the "Add New Units For Measurement" button at the bottom of the grid.



Step 04: Enter the “Unit Type”, “Unit Name”, and click the "INSERT" button to add the UOM or click the "CANCEL" button to cancel the process.





Step 05: To edit the existing UOM, click the editicon corresponding to the UOM. Edit the UOM information and click the "UPDATE" button to save the changes.

Step 06: To delete the UOM information, click the deleteicon to remove the added UOM from the system.
