What is the difference between Fund Auto & Fund Manual?

What is the difference between Fund Auto & Fund Manual?

Fund Auto: Fund is Computed automatically in the system based on the Gross Salary processed in the payroll.

Fund Manual: Apart from the system auto-generated fund the user can still contribute additional funds through this system. For this, they have to manually calculate and input the fund amount as a deduction in the payroll. This manual fund is displayed in the payslip once the payroll has been processed.
