To create a Bank Giro file, first, we need to add a bank set up for a company. For this follow the below-given steps:
Step 01: Go to the “Admin” module and select the "Manage Company" from the drop-down list.

Step 02: Edit the company then go to “Giro Setup” and click the “Add New Bank Details” button at the bottom of the grid.

Step 03: From here, select the “Bank Name” from the drop-down list of available banks and fill in all the required fields as shown in the picture.

1. Branch Code : Banks branch code number {Ex: 081}
2. Bank AccNo : Company’s bank account number {Ex: 1473017666}
3. Account Name : Company’s bank account name
4. Company Code provided by Bank: ( Applicable to DBS Bank )
5. Approver Code provided by Bank: (Applicable to Mizuho Bank )
6. Operator Code provided Bank : (Applicable to Mizuho Bank )
7. Currency : Auto-filled
Step 04: Finally click the "INSERT" button to save the bank details. Once saved “Successful Alert” appears.
